I changed the double page sketch into a single page layout

To create the background I first used a chicken wire stencil and some texture paste. Once this was dry I spritzed some Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist. I then added my circles, flowers and tag!

Let's Scrap Sketch 11-26-14

This week's sketch over at Let's Scrap  was designed by Michelle van Wyk.

I turned the sketch on its side and created this layout

MIRACLE IN PROGRESS 

(for Charldon's album) 

 I created a little booklet in the middle of the ultrasound photos!!

The chipboard title is painted with Adirondack Acyrlic Paint Dabbers and then I stickled it!

I changed the dots on the "i" to pearls.

 I added in a lot of journaling space for mom to write!

The paper and stickers is from Karen Foster Designs!

Chirstmas Cards

This week's Let's Scrap sketch and Pinterest inspired me to create these 

mini Christmas cards (5cm x 8cm).

Paper used is Bo Bunny!

I also added in a lot of bling - glitter washi tape and stickles!

Fancy Pants Designs November Sketch

I am busy with a commisioned album for little Charldon Fourie's, 

and decided to use the Fancy Pants November Sketch for his title page.

 I used the Fancy Pants Designs Memories Captured Collection, 

and added in a little bit of green and rust cardstock!
The pastel colors worked so nicely with this baby layout!

 Close up of the tags with all his birth information!

Close up of the title....his name....and the embellishment cluster at the bottom!

The Chipboard letters I used for his name I painted with Adirondack Acrylic Paint Dabbers!

A WALL HANGING

The ladies at the preschool asked me to make something so that the parents could see who is who.

This wall hanging now hangs in the foyer of the preschool!

I added to the final project the title TOKTOKKIE PERSONEEL!!

Tuinroete Toer saam met die Pro-Ed Gr7's

Recently my daughters grade 7 class went on tour to Heroldsbay, Oudtshoorn, Mosselbaai, Knysna and Wilderness.

They had such a nice gentleman, Rudolph, driving their bus.  As a thank you gift to him, they asked me to create a scrapbook frame for him of the tour.

Ons Klein Engeltjie

 Ons klein engeltjie ( Our little angel)

I created this layout for little Le'as album.

Th photos were taken when she was just 9 days old

I was inspired by two very similar mood boards

Both mood boards focused on pinks and browns, butterflies, love and vintage.

Wonderwerk in Wording

I am busy with little Lea's baby album, 

and her mom gave me such beautiful photos of 

her maternity photoshoot at 36 weeks. 

 I used the July Scissor Sisters Kaiser Craft Kit Club layout 2 designed by Michelle van Wyk.

I changed the background paper to apricot and some of the pattern papers, to give the layout a girly feel.

I also changed the title to suit my layout!
